Live and self-paced web teaching starting up! Release of this option is delayed due to ISP issues. Hopefully, I will see an improvement and progress can be made. Drop a message to me here with your contact information and interest. First class or two is free to a small group of folks!
Custom course materials available for ArcView 3.2. Yes, these have PowerPoint presentations, data, and exercises. Go to Custom Course Materials.
Online tutorials are available and starting soon. These are adapted from custom materials developed by Kessler GIS and are a viable alternative for students with the motivation for self-learning. Unfortunately, these are also delayed due to ISP issues. As soon as these issues are solved, progress will continue in this area.

Web-based training events:

Webinars are short-topic, typically 1-2 hours duration with no exercises -- just lecture, demos, and possibly handouts.
Web classes are longer duration courses with multi-day live lecture (of 1-2 hours each), data, exercises, and course notes. If students miss a lecture, it is recorded for their review.
PodCasts are recorded webinars or web classes available for viewing at any time.
Tutorials are self-paced courses for the motivated student. They typically are the web classes reformatted to accommodate this delivery technique. These are not available presently, but will be soon.

If you don't see a course that meets your needs, don't hesitate to ask. Mr. Kessler is always looking for opportunities for a custom class.
