Terms

Registration notes: A completed registration request is required for each student. Incomplete or unsigned forms may delay class reservations. Payment must be made or approved arrangements made before you are fully confirmed in the class. By filling out of this form and returning it to Kessler GIS you will be notified as to placement availability and price confirmation. Since classes do fill, space may be limited. Reservations occur on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is strongly recommended that your registration (and payment) be received by Kessler GIS at least two weeks prior to the start of the class. You may substitute a student by simply contacting Kessler GIS. Kessler GIS will send a registration confirmation after Kessler GIS confirms the registration, payment information and only when a sufficient number of students have registered for the class to be held.

Payment policies: Prepayment is required and may be made by check, pre-existing contractual obligation, government training request, or purchase order. Credit card payment is now available through PayPal with a small service fee. Contact Kessler GIS for more information. Purchase orders for less than $1000 will be accepted only from local, state, or federal governments, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Purchase order must include all billing information. Prepayment must accompany this registration form.

Cancellation policies: Kessler GIS assumes no responsibility for non-refundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment, usually 10 days to 2 weeks before the class. Registrants for classes cancelled by Kessler GIS will receive a full registration refund.

Organizations paying through purchase orders, requisitions, or similar methods will be invoiced for amount due.

When the Student cancels for any reason:
a) Registrants canceling two or more weeks prior to the class will incur a $50 processing fee.
b) Registrants canceling between one and two weeks before the start of class will receive a 50% refund.
c) Registrants canceling less than one week before the class receive no refund.

In this cases b & c -- if the student signs up for another Kessler GIS class within 6 months, they will receive the balance of their withheld fees (minus $50 processing fee) as a credit towards the new class.
