Mr. Kessler emphasizes self-sufficiency when consulting and producing maps for clients. This includes ESRI ArcView, ArcEditor, and ArcInfo Desktop 9.x, and Spatial Analyst 9.x. Mr. Kessler uses his broad-based ArcInfo GIS experience to help clients understand the system.
